What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number.
• Learning activity: questions you answer, saved questions, exam attempts and results.
• Payments: the package you bought and the transaction reference from eSewa or Khalti. We never see or store your wallet PIN, bank password or card number.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used for security (for example to stop password guessing) and to fix problems.

How we use it

• To run your account, show your progress and build your mock exams.
• To send account emails such as password resets and payment receipts.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your language choice.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to the people who run the site.

Your choices

You can update your details in Settings at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us from your registered email.
